Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the website and services of IPTVPub (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.

1. The service

IPTVPub provides an IPTV subscription that you watch through a compatible third-party player app on your own device. Channel line-ups and on-demand content can change over time.

2. Orders and payment

Plans are paid once for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months; some plans include bonus months). There is no automatic renewal. Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing section.

3. Activation

Your login details are sent after payment is confirmed, usually within minutes.

4. Account and connections

Your login details are personal. Each plan includes the number of simultaneous connections you selected at checkout. Using more connections or sharing your account may lead to suspension without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, rebroadcast, record for redistribution or otherwise misuse the service, and to use it in line with the laws of your location.

6. Third-party apps

Player apps are made by independent developers. We are not responsible for their availability, features or fees.

7. Refunds

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, internet issues or third-party outages may cause temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
