7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix the problem, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Who is eligible

• Within 7 daysThe request is sent within 7 days of the payment date.
• Support firstYou contacted our support and gave us a chance to fix the issue.
• Fair useThe account was used within our Terms of Service.

Not eligible

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Accounts suspended for sharing beyond the purchased connections or other misuse.
• Fees paid to third-party player apps (IBO Player Pro, Hot Player, TiviMate Premium and similar). These are sold by their own developers.
